Problem
The Tamuning-Tumon-Harmon Mayor’s Office relied on flyers, phone calls, and scattered social posts to keep residents informed. Without a single online hub, essential updates were easy to miss and staff spent hours fielding the same questions.
Solution
Massive Mango Code designed and deployed TatuhaGU.gov in four weeks, pairing a clean, mobile-first UI with a no-code CMS that lets office staff publish news, alerts, and event notices in minutes. We also built a self-service Residency Verification app that securely routes requests to the mayor’s team, eliminating paperwork bottlenecks.
Value Delivered
The new site became the community’s go-to source for information on day one, slashing staff response times and giving residents 24/7 self-service access. Internal teams were able to update content without developer help, keeping communication timely and consistent.
